Gen. Benson Akinroluyo, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 3 Division, Nigeria Army, Rukuba, has said.</strong></div> <div style="color: #333333; font-family: "Source Sans Pro", sans-serif; margin-bottom: 10px; padding: 0px;"> NAN reports that Akinroluyo, who stated this on Tuesday in Jos, at the flag-off of the Division’s Inter-brigade Sports Festival (NIFEST), said that the situation had necessitated an urgent need for reorientation at all levels.</div> <div style="color: #333333; font-family: "Source Sans Pro", sans-serif; margin-bottom: 10px; padding: 0px;"> The GOC, who was represented by the Chief of Staff, Brig. Gen.
